3 INGREDIENT FRENCH FRY CASSEROLE
Make an easy potato casserole using a bag of French Fries. I have used leftover french fries from fast food restraunts for this dish..!!
1 large bag French fries
2 Cans Nacho cheese soup
Leftover Taco meat
This casserole is an excellent follow up to a taco night meal. Use the leftover taco meat to top the casserole, cutting grocery socts and preventing waste.
1. Brown fries
2. while fries are browning, prepare naacho soup for a topping.
3. Weheat taco meat.
4. Layer fries, meat and cheese in casserole.
5. Heat in oven till bubbly.

SAUCE TOPPING FOR MEATLOAF
3 t. Brown Sugar
4 T. Ketchup
1/4 t. Nutmeg ( optional)
1 t. Dry Mustard ( I use prepared mustard).
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spread over top of your favorite meatloaf before baking.
