Dip in the Heart of Dallas
2 lbs. hot bulk sausage
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 can evaporated milk, 16 oz
Tabasco to taste
1 pkg. dry garlic salad dressing mix
1 large jar pimentos
Fresh tortilla chips
In skillet, crumble and cook sausage until well done. Drain grease; in double boiler, melt cheese. Add evaporated milk. Stir in sausage and seasonings; Heat thoroughly. Serve in chafing dish with tortilla chips. Serves 12 or more.
