Sugar Free "Banana Split Pie"
2 large pkgs. sugar free vanilla instant pudding 4 bananas 1 large can crushed pineapple 1 large box lite whipped cream 1 box graham cracker crumbs
Make graham cracker crust in 9 x13 pan. (Direction on the box) 2 cups graham crackers, 1/3 cup sugar or sugar substitute, and 1 stick margarine for the crust. Mix pudding with skim milk as directed on box. Add about1/3 of the whipped cream and fold into mixture. Keep the rest of the whipped cream for the top of the pie. Drain pineapples. Cut bananas and place at the bottom of crust. Add pineapples. Pour mixture over bananas and pineapples. Add the rest of the whipped cream. You may also add chopped pecans and add sliced strawberries on top. I use cherries for my topping.
