Roasted Ranch Potatoes
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 5-6 potatoes, scubbed and cut into bite size chunks olive oil Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix (NOT dressing mix.)
Line a roasting pan or jelly roll pan with Reynolds Quick release foil. Either spray potatoes with olive oil spray or toss in a little olive oil so the seasonings will stick. Not too much or they will be greasy. Sprinkle with your ranch dip mix, toss to coat evenly. Spread out in a layer on baking pan, bake at 450 for about 30 minutes. GENTLY stir them once about halfway through cooking time. Start watching after about 25 minutes, so they don't overbake
