Salad Niçoise Lettuce Cups

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cans tuna -- drained 12 romaine lettuce leaves -- cup-shaped 2 hard-boiled eggs -- peeled, and coarsely chopped 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese -- grated 1/4 cup caesar salad dressing freshly ground black pepper
Make hard-boiled eggs.
Crumble the tuna and divide between the romaine lettuce leaves.
Top with the hard-boiled eggs and a few tablespoons grated Parmesan.
Drizzle with Caesar dressing. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
