Fish and Mushrooms Here at my home, we love fish and fish is very healthy for everyone. When I’m preparing a salt water fish, I don’t add salt to the recipe. Any white meat fish can be used in this recipe. Ingredients 1 onion, sliced thin 1 tablespoon oil 1 1/2 cups mushrooms sliced thin 1 pound of fish [ cod, halibut, sole.] cut in 1' slices dash of pepper 1 stalk celery , sliced thin 1 tablespoon dry sherry 1 tablespoon reduced salt soy sauce
Cooking Instructions Perheat skillet and sauté onions in oil, add mushrooms and sauté about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until mushrooms wilt. spread half of fillet slices on mushrooms : sprinkle with pepper, add remaining fillets: sprinkle these with pepper , add celery, soy sauce , and dry sherry: cook gently, covered for 10 minutes ,and enjoy
