Patriotic Pasta
This is a popular side dish that we fix for our Memorial Day, Independence Day, or any special cookout gathering in our neighborhood, this hearty pasta salad is practically a meal in itself. With me being a Veteran, it fits into our theme with the bright red cherry tomatoes, white noodles and cauliflower plus blue cheese. The creamy dressing is pleasantly zesty. All who have tried it, loved it and requested the recipe.
