Potato and Ham Bake

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/4 cups baking mix -- Bisquick suggested 2/3 cup water 6 ounces hash brown potatoes 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup -- condensed 1 cup cooked ham -- cut up 1 cup peas and carrots -- frozen 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese -- shredded
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix baking mix and water until moistened. Spread evenly in pan.
Sprinkle potatoes over dough. Spread soup over potatoes. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over soup.
Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
