Sour Milk Gingerbread One cup good molasses, one cup sour milk, two cups sifted flour, one egg, two teaspoons ginger, two teaspoons soda, one half teaspoon salt. Mix and sift dry ingredients, add rest of ingredients, beat well, pour into buttered pan and bake twenty to thirty minutes in a moderately hot stove. A delight when frosted with chocolate icing flavored with a little ginger.
