Three Alarm Chili

1/2 pound Bulk Hot Italian Sausage 1 Onion, Chopped 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed 2 Tablespoon Chili Powder 2 Tablespoons chopped Fresh Cilantro 1 teaspoon ground Cumin 1 teaspoon dried Oregano Leaves 2 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/2 inch pieces (about 2 cups) 1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed Chicken Broth 1 can (15 oz) Chili Beans, undrained 1 can (8oz) Kidney Beans, undrained 1/2 can (15 oz) Garbanzo beans, undrained
Cook Sausage, onion and garlic in non-stick Dutch Oven over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink. drain. Stir in remaining ingredients, escept beans. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans. Heat to boiing, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, unti desired consistency.
