Diabetic Cole Slaw

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 head cabbage 1 small onion (does not say which type, probably white) 3/4 cup Splenda 1 teaspoon Splenda 1 cup vinegar 1 teaspoon celery seed 1 1/4 teaspoons salt 1 cup oil
Pour 3/4 cup Splenda over cabbage and Onion [chop cabbage and onion for slaw before doing this]
Bring to boil vinegar, celery seed, 1 tsp Splenda and salt. Add oil and boil for 1 minute
Pour over cabbage mixture and chill.
