CUCUMBER ONION SALAD

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 1/2 cups cucumber slices -- thinly sliced, unpeeled 1/2 cup red onion -- thinly sliced, peeled 1/3 cup Splenda 1/3 cup white vinegar 1/4 tablespoon salt 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
Toss cucumber and onions together in medium bowl and set aside
whisk together remaining ingredients in seperate bowl until blended. Pour over cucumbers and onions.
Cover and chill for 2 hours.
