MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Peach Chutney Categories: Condiments Yield: 5 Cups 29 oz Peach slices, drained, cut Into smaller pieces 1 c Sugar 3/4 c Vinegar 4 1/2 oz Crystalized ginger, diced 4 oz Candied lemon or orange peel 4 oz Rasins 1/2 ts Curry powder 1/4 ts Cinnamon 1/4 ts Ground cloves Slivered almonds, optional 1. In large saucepan, combine all ingredients. 2. Bring to boil. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stir frequently. 4. pour immediately into hot sterilized jars, seal tightly. Good served with Meats and poultry or on warm crusty rolls. Tips: Store in dark, cool place or refrigerate until needed. JJ 032402 MMMMM
