Pineapple - Banana Pie

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 each pie crust -- baked 4 servings vanilla pudding mix -- not instant 1 each banana 8 ounces crushed pineapple -- drained 1 cup skin milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 Tablespoon Splenda
Cook pudding with Splenda, pineapple juice and milk until thick stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add pineapple and vanilla.
Slice banana over baked pie crust.
Pour pudding mixture over the banana. Chill and Serve
