* Exported from MasterCook * Chicken Fried Steak Recipe By :Created by McCormick Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper 1 cup milk 2 pounds cube steak 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 package McCormick Country Gravy Mix Combine first four ingredients. Set aside. Dip cube steak in milk, then into flour mixture, pressing to coat thoroughly. Repeat dipping step until milk and flour mixture are gone. Heat vegetable oil in large skillet. Add steak and cook 5 minutes per side or until golden brown. Remove to serving plate and top with prepared Country Gravy.
