Bacon Wild Rice Soup

1 pound ground beef
1 onion -- chopped
4 cups cooked wild rice
3 cans cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 oz ea)
3 cups water
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 jar Hormel real bacon pieces - (2 oz)
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
Brown hamburger and onion; drain. In large cooking pot, combine
all
ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 to 60 minutes.
This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
