Jello Salad
Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Diabetic Salads
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 large package or two small packages sugar free jello -- any flavor 8 oz. cream cheese -- softened 1 small container whipping cream
Make jello with amount of boiling water specifed on package. Mix in softened cream cheese until only small pieces remain, some will melt and mixture will be more milky looking than regular jello. Place in refridgerator for 30 to 60 minutes or until partially set. Whip container of cream into jello mixture, being careful not ot flatten cream. Return to refridgerator until completely set.
