Mexican Chicken
6 soft tortillas 1 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tbsp. chili powder 2 c. diced leftover chicken or turkey 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 can chopped tomatoes & green chilies 2 can cream of chicken soup
Line tortillas in greased 9x13 pan. Mix chicken with onion, cheese, garlic salt, chili powder, chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Spread chicken mix over tortillas. Top with soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
