Sugar 'N Spice Snack Mix

2 cups Wheat Thin Crackers
2 cups pretzel sticks
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1/4 cup Pecans -- finely chopped
1 egg white -- beaten
2 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Mix crackers, pretzels, raisins and pecans in large bowl. Blend
beaten egg white, water and lemon peel in small bowl. Drizzle egg
mixture over cracker mixture, tossing to coat well. Mix sugar and
cinnamon; sprinkle over cracker mixture, tossing to coat well.
Spread mixture in single layer on foil-lined greased cookie
sheet.
Bake at 325°F for 18 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool;
store in airtight container.
