Easy Fruit Cobbler Serve this easy cobbler with vanilla frozen yogurt for a delicious dessert! 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup milk 1 t baking powder 1 cup sugar 2 to 3 cups fruit of your choice fresh, frozen or canned Preheat oven to 350. Mix together the flour, milk, baking powder and 1/2 cup of the sugar. Pour the batter into a well greased 9x9 inch baking pan and place the fruit over the batter. Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the fruit. Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust rises to the top and browns. Serves 8.
