PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
Recipe By : Serving Size : 14 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories :
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/3 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2/3 c. unsweetened coconut -- shredded 1/4 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. lemon rind 1/2 c. raisins
Mix all ingredients together. Form into bite size balls. Chill until firm.
Yields 14 balls.
