10 Minute Santa Fe Rice

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups water 2 cups MINUTE White Rice -- uncooked 1 cup canned black beans -- rinsed, drained 1 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
Bring water to boil in medium saucepan.
Stir in rice, beans and salsa; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Fluff
with fork.
Makes 4 servings
Great Substitute: Substitute canned red beans for black beans.
