Cumin-Rubbed Salmon - 0g Carbs, 0g Fiber, 0g Sugar

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Cooking spray 4 salmon fillets (about 4 oz each) -- rinsed and patted dry 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp paprika
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly spray the foil with cooking spray.
Arrange the fish with the smooth side up in a single layer on the baking sheet.
In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over the top of the fish.
