CRAB APPETIZERS

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 can crab -- drained 1 egg 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs 3 Tbsp. sour cream 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions 1 Tbsp. Kellogg's cornflake crumbs 1 tsp. horseradish
Combine everything but Kellogg's cornflake crumbs. Form into small balls and roll in crumbs. Put on cookie sheet and freeze. Take out frozen and bake in hot oven at 375 degrees approximately 15 to 20 minutes until golden. Stick a toothpick in each and serve hot. Julie Morales
