APPETIZER MEAT BALLS
Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Appetizer Beef Try Yahoo Groups
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 lb. lean ground beef 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. finely cut onion 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. Pet milk 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. catsup or chili sauce 1/2 c. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into small balls. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. (May be chilled until ready to use.) Bake in 400 degrees oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown. Insert with toothpick and serve with hot barbecue sauce. Appetizer Meat Balls freeze well. -
