CHEDDAR BEEF PIE

Egg Pie

1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1/3 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. Kellogg's Corn Flake crumbs
2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. celery slices
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. natural Cheddar cheese -- grated
1/4 can mushrooms
1/4 c. Kellogg's Corn Flakes
Combine meat, eggs, onions, corn flake crumbs and barbecue sauce. Press mixture into bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes; drain. Saute celery in 1 tablespoon margarine. Combine cheese and mushrooms and toss lightly, then spoon into meat. Melt remainder of margarine and combine with corn flakes and spread over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes.
