MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: CHOCOLATE ORANGE MOUSSE Categories: Desserts, Alcohol Yield: 4 Servings 2 oz Semisweet chocolate 1 oz Unsweetened chocolate 1 tb Light corn syrup 2 tb Orange flavored liquer 3 ea Eggs, seperated ds Salt 1/8 ts Cream of tartar 3 tb Sugar 3/4 c Whipping cream Melt chocolate over hot but not boiling water. Stir in corn syrup and liquer until smoothly blended. Remove form heat. Beat egg whites with salt and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Ads sugar gradualy, beating until stiff and glossy. using same beaters, beat egg yolks until thick and pale. Blend with chocolate mixture and fold in egg whites. Whip 1/2 cup of the cream until stiff, reserving remaining 1/4 cup to whip for garnish; fold into chocolate mixture. Spoon into four individual serving dishes. Chill into firm, about 2 hours. To serve whip remaining cream. Place a dollop of cream atop each mousse. Garnish with a cookie (like a cholate stick, cant remember the name of it) JJ 033802.0047.45 MMMMM
