CUSTOMIZED TIRAMISU FROZEN CHEESECAKE

1 New York-style frozen cheesecake (1 pound 14 ounces) -- thawed
1 container coffee-flavored mascarpone cheese (or -- (8-ounce) if must substitute: 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee and 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar swirled into plain mascarpone cheese)
1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate morsels
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
Remove the paper collar from the cheesecake. Place the cake on a serving dish.
Stir the marscarpone until smooth. Add 2 tablespoons of the morsels. Spread over the cheesecake. Sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of the morsels over the top.
Combine the cocoa and sugar in a small fine sieve or dredger. Cut the cake into wedges and place on plates. Dust the cake and surrounding plate with the cocoa-sugar mixture.
