Cajun Barbecued Lamb

1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons chili sauce
3/4 cup orange concentrate -- undiluted
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup molasses
2 tablespoons molasses
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
6 tablespoons dry mustard
3 1/2 ounces soy sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper -- crushed
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
60 American lamb spareribs
In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except lamb spareribs and whisk until smooth. Simmer for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Grill spareribs or roast at 375°F for 30 to 40 minutes, turning once. Brush frequently with sauce.
