Country Ribs and Sauerkraut

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 12 ounces sauerkraut Brown sugar to taste 1 pounds country style ribs -- (1 to 2)
Place the ribs in a crock pot. Sweeten the sauerkraut to taste with the brown sugar. Cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
