A guy goes to a new Doctor to get a checkup. He undresses, the doctor grasps his testicles and says: "Cough please". He coughs, and the doc again asks "Cough again please". He does and doc says "one more time please". The guy complies. and the doc then says: Tell me, how long have you had this cough?.....
