Italian Hero Club Sandwich
One club roll of choice (semolina, wheat, rustic) 1 ounce proscuitto or very thin sliced ham 1 ounce very thinly sliced turkey breast 1 ounce thinly sliced fresh mozzarella 1 ounce thinly sliced Italian provolone Marinate for ten minutes: 1 /2 small diced red onion One chopped roasted red pepper One diced plum tomato 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil 1-teaspoon balsamic vinegar Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions: Slice roll horizontally. Spoon half the marinade on bottom. Layer meat and cheese. Top with remaining marinade and the roll. Slice vertically to make two sandwiches.
