What I like about proper nutrition is that you can cook simply and deliciously. I replaced breakfast with a smoothie. It's healthy, tasty and easy. I chose a blender, I wanted a simple one that was easy to take with me. I read this article mykitchenadvisor.com/blender-for-smoothies/, chose an inexpensive one, I like it. I'm thinking of getting a bigger one to break the ice, because it's so hot. My recipe: banana, spinach and almond milk (or what you like).
