MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Lemon Souffle Categories: Desserts Yield: 8 Servings 1 c Sugar 4 tb Flour, all pourpose 6 tb Lemon juice 1 1/2 c Milk 4 ea Eggs, seperated Prep time, 5 minutes Cook time, 55 minutes Combine sugar, flour, lemon juice, egg yolks and milk into top of double boiler, blending well. Beat eggs untill stiff, folding into lemon mixture. Cover and set over simmering water. Cook for 55 minutes taking care to NOT UNCOVER DUING COOKING TIME Serve warm JJ 032602.0108.44 MMMMM
