MARINATED BLACK EYED PEAS
3 (15 oz.) can black eyed peas, drained 1 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. white wine vinegar 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 dashes hot sauce Onion rings Green pepper rings
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 3 days. Before serving, garnish with onion rings and pepper rings.
