Pineapple Bread Pudding 8 slices white bread 1 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 can crushed pineapple (about 14 oz) 3 cups milk Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar and pineapple together in a bowl. Blend well with a mixer. Arrange bread flat on a pan. Pour mixture over the bread. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
