BACON & TOMATO CUPS

8 slices Bacon
1 each tomato -- seeded and chopped
1/2 each Onion -- chopped
3 ounces Swiss cheese -- shredded
1/2 cup Miracle Whip®
1 teaspoon basil -- dried
1 can refrigerated biscuits (not grands) buttermilk -- 16 ounce
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease muffin pan.
In skillet over medium heat cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel. Crumble into medium bowl and mix with all ingredients except biscuit dough.
seperate biscuits thoroughly and press into cavity in tin. Fill with mixture.
Bake 10-12 minutes in preheated oven until golden brown. Can be reheated.
