Festive Breakfast Casserole Prep: 15 mins Cook: 2 hr., 45 mins Ready in: 3 hr. Serves: 6 provided by Campbell's Kitchen Ingredients 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage 6 cups Pepperidge Farm® White Sandwich Bread cut in cubes 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce or 0 Pace® Chunky Salsa 4 eggs 3/4 cup milk Cooking Instructions COOK sausage until browned. Pour off fat. ARRANGE sausage in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with bread cubes and cheese. Mix picante sauce, eggs and milk and pour over all. Cover and refrigerate 2 hr. or overnight. BAKE uncovered at 350°F. for 45 min. or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
